Ratibida Pinnata Gray-headed Coneflower

Lemon-scented, bright yellow blooms with dropping petals and prominent cones are the earmark of this U.S. prairie native. Ratibida pinnata‘s cheery flowers are a delight to native butterflies and bees from July to September.

Commonly called the Gray-Headed Coneflower, Ratibida pinnata thrives in average to poor, dry to moist soil. It can tolerate heat, drought, and clay soil, and is deer and rabbit resistant.
