Penstemon Heterophyllus ‘Electric Blue’

Penstemon heterophyllus is a western US native that thrives in poor, well-draining soil. Also called “Foothill Penstemon”, ‘Electric Blue’ does best in full sun with no fertilizer and little to no irrigation. It will need additional water until it is established.
