Anemone Japonica ‘Pretty Lady Emily’ Japanese Anemone

Anemone japonica ‘Pretty Lady Emily’ is a dwarf variety of Japanese Anemone. Anemone ‘Pretty Lady Emily’ produces large semi-double pink blooms held on wiry stems above handsome, deeply divided, dark green leaves in early fall. Anemone ‘Pretty Lady Emily’ is long blooming. Japanese Anemone blooms are followed by attractive fluffy seed heads.

Anemone japonica ‘Pretty Lady Emily’ prefers rich, well draining soil, but is tolerant of poorer soils including clay. Do not allow plants to dry out or leaf edges will turn brown. Plants spread via underground rhizomes.
